01.  PSIRA-Accredited Security Training

We are a fully PSIRA-accredited training provider authorised to deliver private security training in accordance with the Private Security Industry Regulation Act. Our PSIRA training programmes equip learners with the legal knowledge, operational skills, and professional conduct required to perform effectively in the security environment.

Bantu Batho Security Training Academy is fully accredited by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) to deliver nationally recognised occupational qualifications aligned with the private security industry. Our QCTO programmes are structured to ensure occupational competence through a combination of knowledge, practical skills, and workplace-based learning.

  • Security Officer Occupational Qualification (QCTO ID: 110866)
    Designed to develop competent, work-ready security officers capable of performing guarding, access control, and security operations in line with industry standards.
  • Security First Line Manager Occupational Qualification (QCTO ID: 118687)
    Focused on developing supervisory and leadership competencies for first-line security managers responsible for teams, sites, and operational performance.
