Application Process

Bantu Batho Security Training Academy welcomes applications from individuals seeking to enter or progress within the private security industry. Our application process is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive, ensuring that all prospective learners understand the requirements before enrolment.

How to apply?

  • Download the official Application Form here
  • Complete the form in full, ensuring that all required information is provided accurately.
  • Attach all supporting documents as outlined in the Application Form.
  • Submit the completed application form and supporting documents to: enrolment@bbsta.co.za

Incomplete applications may result in processing delays.

Required Supporting Documents

  • Certified copy of South African ID or passport
  • National Matric Certificate
  • Proof of residence
  • Certified copies of previous security training certificates (if applicable)
  • Recent ID photograph
  • All additional documents specified in the application form

Application Review and Confirmation

All applications are reviewed by the Academy’s enrolment team to ensure compliance with entry requirements and regulatory standards. Once reviewed:

  • Applicants will be contacted regarding application status
  • Successful applicants will receive confirmation, course details, and payment information
  • Training schedules and start dates will be communicated prior to commencement
